During the Institute of Food Technologists annual Food Expo trade show, Kerry Americas, a leading manufacturer of food ingredients, occupied a large footprint of five 20'x30' booths to showcase their latest and greatest products. With the overall theme “Making Change Tasty,” each day of the 3 day trade show was dedicated to a particular topic, changing up the booth graphics and content daily to bring the topic to life. Because there were many different activities occurring at a given time, we designed each of the trade show booklets to serve as a guide about that day’s activities, as well as providing synopsis and additional information of the topic itself.
